Environmental Law

Assistance is provided in all administrative proceedings necessary for the authorization of economic and entrepreneurial activities, with particular emphasis on environmental impact assessment procedures, strategic environmental assessments, and integrated and unique environmental permits. Consultancy is also offered regarding the strategy for organizing these proceedings to increase the likelihood and speed of favorable outcomes, collaborating in the formulation of legal acts and technical-scientific studies that are legally relevant. Work is conducted in constant coordination with internal experts within the Clients’ organizations and external experts, many of whom have established professional and scientific collaboration relationships. The assistance also encompasses all environmental implications of production activities: waste, air, water, hazardous substances, electromagnetic fields, noise, climate, and the remediation of contaminated sites, with particular attention to the most current and evolving sectors (for example, emissions trading systems, climate and climate litigation, interrelations between environmental law and energy law, and the rehabilitation of contaminated sites). Experience is well-established in the most relevant production sectors, including, for example, energy production, oil and gas, manufacturing, automotive, chemical, cement, and steel.
